Running Mechanics Training

Running is repetitive, and if your mechanics are not great, then you are asking for an injury – this program is designed to thwart those overuse injuries before they sideline you from the pavement, trail, or even the treadmill.

Our physical therapists specialize in analyzing your run and making modifications to allow you to add up the miles without having to worry about pain is the reason you stop.

At FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers Midvale, UT, we utilize high-resolution video to record the way you move, and with the assistance of some very fancy video software, show you where the breakdowns are happening so that we can make the changes together.
